Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Vanzo subscriptions (recurring purchase options) are billed and
how to cancel.

How subscriptions work. When you select a subscription at checkout, you authorize Vanzo and
our payment processor to charge your payment method on an automatic, recurring basis at the
interval shown (for example, every 4 weeks) and at the subscription price shown at the time
of purchase. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Billing. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on or around your renewal date at
the then-current subscription price. We will send order and renewal notifications by email.

Cancel or change anytime. You may cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription at any
time — there are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. To avoid being charged for
the next cycle, make changes before your next renewal date. You can manage your subscription
from your account, from the link in your subscription emails, or by emailing
hello@getvanzo.com and we will help.

Effect of cancelling. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund an
order that has already been processed or shipped; those are covered by our 30-day
money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy).

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause the
subscription until payment is updated.
