Refund policy

We stand behind Vanzo with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email hello@getvanzo.com and
we'll refund your purchase — you don't need to ship the bottle back. Refunds are
issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear,
depending on your bank.

This guarantee applies to your first order of a product. Subscription renewals can
be cancelled anytime before your next billing date from your account or by
contacting us; orders that have already shipped are handled case by case under the
same 30-day guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
