These Terms & Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vanzo website (getvanzo.com) and your purchase of Vanzo products. Vanzo is operated by Jaws Enterprise LLC ("Vanzo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our products & health disclaimer

Vanzo products are dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and/or ship the product.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and a correct shipping address.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout (e.g., every 4 weeks) until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us before your next renewal date.
  • Recurring charges continue at the then-current subscription price until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already processed or shipped (see our guarantee below).

5. Shipping & delivery

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Most orders arrive within a few business days of ordering (processing plus transit). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Returns, refunds & our guarantee

We stand behind Vanzo with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@getvanzo.com and we'll refund your purchase — you don't need to ship the bottle back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear. This guarantee applies to your first order of a product; repeat/subscription orders may be handled case by case. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Vanzo name and logo, text, images, product designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, resell our products without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Reviews & submissions

Any reviews or content you submit must be genuine, based on your own experience, and truthful. We may display, moderate, or remove submissions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanzo and Jaws Enterprise LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Vanzo and Jaws Enterprise LLC's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanzo and Jaws Enterprise LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
